How to Build an AR15:

There are several different "starting points" when building an AR15. I will list them from easiest to the hardest.
As of 4/20/2013 the only part that is required to be shipped to an FFL is a completed lower. All other parts are not tracked or controlled on the AR15
- Buy a complete Upper and complete Lower and put them together.
I have done nothing more than to do a high level look at this document. This starts with an 80% lower receiver. I have not done a project that started at this point.
